Pneumatic cylinders, also known as pneumatic actuators, are products used to provide linear or rotary motion and force to automated systems, machines and processes, for example in industrial applications.
Pneumatic cylinders and actuators operate when compressed air is forced into the cylinder or actuator itself to move a piston placed inside it. The ‘work’ is done by a mechanism attached to the piston, converting the energy produced for practical use

- The 'automatic cushion' system works like a conventional cushion, except instead of a needle valve, air is vented using profiled sleeves that have a number of precisely positioned holes with precisely set dimensions.
- As the system adapts to different combinations of speed and applied mass, the cushion self-adjusts
- Eliminating the need to adjust settings, the Series 23 pneumatic cylinder is finally tamper-proof, providing a long, maintenance-free life. While the cylinder benefits from smooth, vibration-free movement, the reduction in vibration and noise is also noticeable.
Cushioning ensures greater reliability and consistent performance over time.
If parameters such as friction and pressure change, the self-adjusting cushion ensures consistent deceleration at all times. Accelerating forces acting on parts and workpieces are reduced, the occurrence of wear is minimized and vibrations over time are minimized.
Series 23 is suitable for use in many industrial applications, especially if working conditions vary. Reducing installation and commissioning times, the 'auto-cushion' system provides a cost-effective alternative to manually adjustable cylinders.

Series 40 Cylinders (ISO 15552, DIN/ ISO 6431, VDMA 24562)
The series 40 cylinders have been designed according to ISO 15552 and to previous DIN / ISO 6431 - VDMA 24562 standards. A permanent magnet on the pistons of these cylinders can send electrical signals through proximity switches mounted on the cylinder's slide to indicate its position. This line is usually equipped with an end stroke pad that can be adjusted via a screw on the end block. To soften the impact of the piston on the end block, these square pneumatic cylinders are also equipped with mechanical cushions.

6. Shaftless cylinder: series 50, 52
Double-acting, magnetic cushion Series 50 shaftless cylinder, four ports per chamber. Same day cylinder service. Non-standard cylinders are available upon request.
Cylinder no axis The Series 50 is available in 7 different diameters to accommodate the widest range of applications possible. A permanent magnet assembled on the cylinder piston allows position detection by means of position switches near the slide shaft. This series of cylinders are usually supplied with end stroke cushions, which can be adjusted by means of a screw located on the end cover.
