Typical problems on the plant floor
Compressed air is the most expensive utility in a plant and the easiest to waste: pipe leaks, pressure set higher than actually needed, constant load/unload cycling, and oil carry-over that spoils product in food, pharmaceutical and electronics lines.
What AVA proposes
CompAir offers fixed-speed and inverter-driven oil-lubricated screw compressors, the two-stage oil-free Ultima range for Class 0 air, air treatment equipment and portable compressors for site work. AVA measures the real air consumption, brings the set pressure back to what the plant needs and fixes leaks before selecting a machine — which usually saves significant energy without replacing the whole system.
