Typical problems on the plant floor
The aeration basin of a wastewater plant is usually the largest single electricity consumer: the blower runs 24/7 and the air flow must follow the incoming load, but a fixed-speed machine over-aerates and wastes energy while adding vibration and noise.
What AVA proposes
Robuschi covers all three families: ROBOX positive-displacement blowers for high flow at low pressure, high-efficiency RBS screw blowers, and RVS liquid-ring vacuum pumps for wet or dusty gas. Combined with an inverter and a dissolved-oxygen probe the air flow follows the basin demand; AVA installs, aligns and measures vibration at hand-over so the unit is not damaged by misalignment.
