Typical problems on the plant floor
In vacuum handling the failure is usually not the pump but the cup: the wrong diameter or compound drops the part, a hard cup marks a painted surface, and long tubing slows the evacuation time and stretches the machine cycle.
What AVA proposes
Flexy supplies vacuum cups from 9 mm to 120 mm in several compounds, together with vacuum generators (ejectors) mounted next to the gripping point, damping springs and standard fittings. Putting the ejector at the gripper shortens evacuation time, and the right cup compound leaves no mark on the product.
