Typical problems on the plant floor

On automated machines the pneumatic assembly fails most often: leaking cylinders lose clamping force, sticking solenoid valves cause cycle faults, air that is not properly filtered, lubricated and regulated wears the whole assembly, and every replacement waits for delivery because the parts are non-standard.

What AVA proposes

Camozzi supplies the complete ISO-standard set: round, guided and stainless cylinders, solenoid valves, filter-regulator-lubricator units, push-in fittings and electric actuators where accurate positioning is required. Being ISO standard, replacement is fast and one small stock covers many different machines.
